Home Care Notes and Guidance
Short pieces on the part families worry about most — who the person is, what they were checked for, and who answers for them.
Why these exist
Nearly everybody arranging care for the first time is doing it quickly, on poor information, and usually while frightened of letting the wrong person into a parent's house. These pieces set down what we end up explaining on the telephone, so they can be read at two in the morning without ringing anybody.
Some things are faster asked
For a straight answer about your own household, one call beats every page here.
